Dear Brewer Caldwell,
My wife and I have been clients of Brewer Caldwell for over 5 years now and we would like to commend you for your superb customer service. My wife and I were both laid off from our jobs in late september and much to our dismay, were unable to find jobs. I finally was fortunate to find one the first week of November and my wife is still unemployed. We went to see our property manager at Brewer Caldwell, Marc Lopeman, about our situation as we were quickly falling behind with all our bills. We understand that it is not normal operating procedure to accept partial payments and we would have understood if there was nothing he could do to help us. Fortunately for us, he was completely understanding and sympathetic to our situation and came up with a payment plan for us that allowed us to pay our other bills also. While we are still struggling to make ends meet, things are getting better and we are almost caught up. Without Marcs understanding and compassion, we would surely have been homeless as we had no money for a new home or even to rent a truck to move. We were completely stressed out and in near panic before we went to see Marc but he basically saved our lives as we know it. We love our house and do not wish to move anytime soon. We would like to thank you and especially Marc for your patience, compassion and understanding in our extreme time of need. In these hard economic times, you have refreshed our faith in mankind as you are certainly not just another uncaring corporation who evicts people just because they have the right to.
